• Floating Condition
  Building requirements and loads flucuate depending on the use and time. Also, people have different comfort levels.
  Fixed temperature and humidity settings are not necessarily desirable.
  Floating condition can awaken people's senses, increase comfort and improve productivity. Thus, it also contributes to better global environment.

• Set facility capacity so that equipments will operate with high efficiency
  Choose adequate capacity instead of excessive capacity which meets the peak demand.
  (Equipments use less than 60% of the capacity for 80% of the time.)
